Who is Marvelous Moosey®?
Moosey was created with blue hooves to be unique. His wise friend, Winston the owl, teaches Moosey that Unique is Marvelous.
This is the story of Marvelous Moosey’s decision to leave the forest to spread joy and kindness around the world and make new friends. It’s a reminder for children (and adults) that it’s O.K. to look a little different. So what if you have red hair or freckles, a different skin color or autism? Each of us is unique and marvelous in our own way and that’s what makes the world go round!
Come along and create your own family adventures by adopting a Marvelous Moosey and taking him with you wherever you may go. Whether it’s the grocery store, your school, somewhere else in your own community or around the world, Moosey will be with you each step of the way.

Moosey is Marvelous because he is unique!
We’ve found children (and adults!) all around the world identify with his mission of spreading Joy & Kindness. He was created with blue hooves intentionally to remind everyone our unique differences are gifts that make each of us simply marvelous!

Marvelous Moose Facts
Moose antlers are called paddles. They can grow up to six feet across, weigh 50-60 pounds, and are shed every year in the fall. Shedded moose antlers provide calcium for many smaller animals. Care for a calcium snack, Mr. Squirrel?
Moose are incredibly near-sighted. Their eyes are great for spotting vegetation on the bottom of ponds and shallow lakes while they graze, but they can’t see much far away. Maybe glasses would help?
Despite their size, moose are strong swimmers. They can swim up to 6 mph and stay completely submerged for 30 seconds or more. No, they can’t do the backstroke.
Moose eat twigs, bark, the shoots of woody plants, and water lilies and can devour up to 73 pounds of food a day during the summer and 34 pounds a day in winter. No muffins for moose.
